A Favourite Place [Zapalo Bay]

Many times per year I take the trip up to the high cliffs which look over a secluded, somewhat secret bay, with golden sand, crystal blue waters and unmeasurable beauty in direction. I'm talking of course about Zapalo Bay, in Episkopi, Cyprus.

The trail that leads down to the beach takes around 10-15 minutes at a normal pace. It's not the easiest route up if you're carrying a ton of beach stuff. So travel light. And bring an umbrella!

I often remain at the top of the cliffs anyway, it's a neat short walk just enough for the dogs to stretch their legs, and for us to be blown away by the gorgeous views.
